What is Thai Bodywork?
Traditional Thai Bodywork uses a combination of gentle stretching, assisted yoga postures, acupressure and energy work to stimulate and balance the whole body. It is performed on a soft mat on the floor without oils. The receiver (client) should wear loose, comfortable clothing. Traditional Thai Bodywork aims to stimulate the flow of inherent healing energies within the body, bringing the whole into balance. Justianna practices the gentler, Northern Thailand style of Thai Bodywork; the pressure used can range from gentle to therapeutic, depending on the needs of her client.

Justianna M. Andrews is a LMT, Thai Bodywork Practitioner and a Certified Member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals.
