What to Expect on our first Session

 Our first session will begin our therapeutic partnership to create a wellness plan tailored for your needs. I will integrate my skills and knowledge of various Eastern and Western bodywork modalities to help achieve your health goals.

~Suggestions for Clients~

Give yourself an extra 5-10 min prior to your appointment to fill out a brief health intake form, use the restroom, ask questions, etc.

For deep tissue work, plan to avoid intense exercise or physical exertion for 24 to 48 hours after our session. The muscle fiber needs time to recover and strengthen in it's restored state.

Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate! Drinking water after any type of bodywork facilitates in a whole body cleanse. During the massage, we bring to the surface the old lymph, old blood, lactic acid and metabolic waste from the muscle tissue. Drinking plenty of water after your massage will help to flush your system of stagnation and  re-hydrate, re-oxygenate, rejuvenated the body at a cellular level.

It is my intent that you leave our session feeling refreshed, renewed and on the right track to being the strongest and healthiest you.
